Êye-qokê Dêtîkè (/ˈɘje/ /ˈqokɘ/ [last (final); last (previous)] [massacre]) is a temperate Town located in the Vyirukrtmakha Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Êye-qokê Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Êye-qokê Dêtîkè was founded by Mlelelê Trêmesîga, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Êye-qokê Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Êye-qokê Dêtîkè receives an average of 167 cm/y (65 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Êye-qokê Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3682 m (12080 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Êye-qokê Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 18th century in early spring of the year 1736, by Mlelelê Trêmesîga. The establishment of Êye-qokê Dêtîkè was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Mlelelê Trêmesîga struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Êye-qokê Dêtîkè as a prison colony.

Êye-qokê Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Êye-qokê Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Êye-qokê Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of premissive worn bedrock streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's somewhat suffishent are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.

Right off the bat Êye-qokê Dêtîkè hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things.

Civic Infrastructure

Êye-qokê Dêtîkè has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Êye-qokê Dêtîkè. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Êye-qokê Dêtîkè's parks.

Êye-qokê Dêtîkè has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Êye-qokê Dêtîkè.

Êye-qokê Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Êye-qokê Dêtîkè's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes

Êye-qokê Dêtîkè's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..
